Scheduled treatments are reserved especially for you. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive the services they need. We require 24 hour advanced notice in order to cancel any service at no charge. You will receive booking alerts via text/email 48 hours prior to your appointment as a courtesy to allow you time to make adjustments if needed. It is your responsibility to call 541 Esthetics at 541.977.1252 to make changes to your appointment to avoid a charge.
No shows are charged full price of appointment.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) are charged 50% of price of appointment.
Services begin and end on time as a courtesy to the next guest. Arriving late for a service may require us to shorten the length of the treatment, with full charges applied, so as not to inconvenience other clients.
Client safety and product integrity is important to us, therefore product refunds or exchanges are only accepted on a limited basis. Only sealed, unopened, unused products will be accepted for a return within 14 days of original purchase, with a receipt. Opened products may only be exchanged or offered spa credit within 14 days of purchase, with receipt. At 541 Esthetics, we take preempted steps to ensure a quality home care regimen is selected. We offer free skin consults and product samples by request to ensure we have curated the most appropriate skincare routine for you.
